Instructions on submitting an information request
You can request information on the documents stored by the Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR Palkeet according to the Act on the Openness of Government Activities (621/1999). Specifying the information you are looking for makes it easier to find the correct details, which is why the data resource descriptions provide examples of search terms that can be used to search for information in the data pools.
Palkeet as a service centre processes information on behalf of its customers, which means that the customer are the owners of the documents. As such, Palkeet may only disclose information related to its own documents.

- For information requests related to Palkeet documents, please contact the registry office of Palkeet: kirjaamo@palkeet.fi.
Palkeet will not make information available through open interfaces, nor will information related to its operations be published on open information networks.
Exercising a data subject’s rights pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679)
Under the Act on the Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR (8 February 2019/179), the recruiting agency of Palkeet will be responsible for providing data subjects with information and will serve as a contact point if a data subject wants to exercise their rights, such as to rectify their personal data or receive information on their personal data that is being processed.
